Our products are provided completely online and self-serve, and any customer support requests are also handled online. This forces us to continuously find more efficient ways to make our customers happy, and an important way of doing that is to put a face to the people we talk to via email, chat or telephone: We listen, accomodate and respect the other side of the line as a another human.
Our team members live and work from different parts of the planet, working and collaborating in a nomad fashion with other team members. We communicate, take responsibility for our own roles and positively contribute to the beautiful Xoxzo harmony. Our glue is our love for technology and it's ability to empower.
Where we're from and where we're going
Xoxzo wasn't been made in a day. It was originally founded in February 2007 as MARIMORE LLC, with the aim "To democratize communications via the telephone, making it easier, faster and less inexpensive that it has ever been." MARIMORE released it's first service named [MARITEX] International SMS Service.
In December 2009, MARIMORE LLC changed its name to MARIMORE Inc. and at the same time moved its headquarters from Nerima-ku to Taito-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
June 2011 saw the release of EZSMS SMS Delivery Service which also received it's patent Data Transaction System in December the same year. We were granted our second patent, Authentication System in March 2012, which is used by our EZSMS's OTA Service, which was also released around the same time.
It is important that we take steps to secure our customer data and follow proven standards. We were granted the PrivacyMark No.10824089 in June 2013.
July 2013 saw the release of K-Premium, while in February 2014 we saw EZSMS's DialSMS service being released to the public. In May 2014, EZSMS's CodeCall, non-SMS authentication service was also released.
July 2014 MARIMORE acquired FullCourt Inc, a provider of cloud telephony and FullCourt Inc was disolved in February 2015. Based on FullCourt's platform, MARIMORE was reborn as Xoxzo Inc in September 2015, and with that we released the new Xoxzo Cloud Telephony Platform.

Iqbal came to Japan in 1997, and graduated from the Engineering faculty of Saga University. After working through companies like Yahoo! Japan and Amazon, Iqbal founded MARIMORE Inc. in 2007 which was the previous version of Xoxzo Inc.
Joined December 2010. Have been doing web development since early 2000 with classic ASP, then moved on to PHP and finally involved with Python/Django since joining Xoxzo Inc. During his spare time Kamal hacks various open source projects at github.
Help Desk/Project Manager
Joined January 2014. Experienced as a clerk in Foreign Trading company, started and maintained an online supplement store. Lived in overseas for 15 years. Looking forward to communicating our customers with the broad view based on those experience.
Joined October 2014. Used to be a breaker and now learns how to be a builder, Zaki has long journey in application security. And now he's trying to practice the theory of building a secure application.
Joined March 2016. Formerly developed satellite communication firmware at NEC, MacOS localization and AppleShare file server development at Apple Inc. Loves Ruby, Haskell programing and watching rugby on Holidays. Recent interest is in development of iOS application in Swift. FAA private pilot.
Joined November 2016. Major in Visual Design from Seoul National University. Previously worked as an UI designer for iOS app. Interested in both design and web development. Loves beautiful UI, clean Web, and Python/Django.
Joined July 2017. Major in Marketing. Previously worked developing communication and marketing campaigns focused on content production. Loves creativity and to always balance style with function.
Ai Sin Chan
Joined April 2018. Trained and grew with telco engineers in 16 countries spanned over 4 continents, and written more than 10 manuals in the process. Spent a decade specializing in mobile technology. Crafts her creation with passion.
