Our team members live and work from different parts of the planet, working and collaborating in a nomad fashion with other team members. We communicate, take responsibility for our own roles and positively contribute to the beautiful Xoxzo harmony. Our glue is our love for technology and it's ability to empower.
Yohei Mii
COO
Joined Xoxzo in 2021. He joined Accrete in 2017 after working for an advertising agency and a web media production company. He is also the manager of Accrete’s domestic sales and marketing department.
Josef Monje
CTO
Joined June 2018. Obtained his Master's degree in Data Science from Asian Institute of Management and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ateneo De Manila University. Programming was a longtime hobby until he decided to pursue it professionally. He enjoys using Python, Raspberry Pies and Machine Learning.
Aiko Yokoyama
General Manager
Joined January 2014. Experienced as a clerk in Foreign Trading company, started and maintained an online supplement store. Lived in overseas for 15 years. Looking forward to communicating our customers with the broad view based on those experience.
Akira Nonaka
Engineering
Joined March 2016. Formerly developed satellite communication firmware at NEC, MacOS localization and AppleShare file server development at Apple Inc. Loves Ruby, Haskell programing and watching rugby on Holidays. Recent interest is in development of iOS application in Swift. FAA private pilot.

Joined August 2020. Majored in Japan Studies at Leiden University in the Netherlands and previously worked as a social media marketer in Tokyo. Describes her marketing approach as data-driven, yet creative.
Aji Pratama
Engineering
Joined March 2023. Previously worked as Software Engineer at Indonesian tech company for a total of 5 years. graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta, majoring in Informatics Engineering. Loves do something using Python since 2017.
Krishna Khatiwada
Engineering
Joined on April 2023. A software engineer from Nepal with experience of three and a half years. I have worked ondesigning and developing business applications , including distributed ETL systems, training and learning management systems, cloud migration assessment systems, stock market forecasting systems. Possessing sound knowledge of Python,Pandas, SQL, NoSQL,data analysis, machine learning and React.

The creed does not identify us with our products per se, but identifies on the philosophies and attitudes that we constantly and consciously follow and take while we carry on with our jobs.
